SkyShare is seeking a proactive and personable Outbound Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in engaging with our past leads, assisting with business development efforts, and contributing directly to sales success.

The Mission for this Position:
As an Outbound Appointment Setter at SkyShare, you’ll leverage our CRM system to contact and re-engage with leads through calls, texts, and emails, schedule appointments, and set up Zoom meetings. You’ll also contribute to fostering relationships with prospects and supporting the business development team.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as:
- Front-line retail
- Call center
- Customer service
- Sales
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Sales experience preferred (aviation, luxury services, or high-end membership sales a plus).
Job Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Proactively mine CRM data to identify, qualify, and re-engage leads that have gone cold.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and text to understand their needs, travel frequency, and overall fit for our services.
- Responsiveness: Assist with business development activities, including Scheduling Zoom meetings or phone calls with the Director of Sales.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintains accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and seamless collaboration with the sales team. Well-organized, able to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to customer details.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to both external and internal customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and align efforts for shared success.
- Critical Thinking: Analyzes customer responses to provide meaningful feedback that helps refine sales strategies and messaging. Able to quickly adjust to new priorities and challenges.

Compensation, Schedule, and Perks:
- $20-$22/hour + commission
